Does the ProRecover vibrate? The device utilises advanced EMS and TENS technology to stimulate nerves through electrical impulses, without using any vibration. How do I use the tens pads For the pulses to be felt, ensure all 4 TENS pads are used simultaneously, securely adhered to bare skin without overlapping. Check that the each lead is correctly plugged into the device. How long should I use it for We recommend one 30-minute session per day, but additional sessions may also be beneficial. What power level to use We recommend beginning at level 1 and gradually increasing the intensity until you feel the electrical pulses. Please note that your desired power level for the sole setting may differ from the intensity level needed for the body. How do I improve sensitivity Using conductive gel will enhance skin conductivity; however, any water-based moisturiser can also be used for this purpose. My Feet Are too Big… This doesn’t matter, the footplates are guides for where to put your feet and where the pulses radiate from. As long as there is a point of contact on each footplate you will feel the pulses. There is no maximum or minimum shoe size to use this machine. Are batteries included To power the ProRecover from mains, you can use the included DC adaptor. Unfortunately, no batteries are provided for the main unit or the remote control. I cannot feel the pulses If you cannot feel the micro pulses, try increasing the intensity level or using your hands to test it as you may have poor circulation in your feet. The conductivity can also be affected if you have dry skin on the bottom on your feet, try moisturising feet before use. Please reach out if you need further support.
