However, our glue is super sticky, so if you have sensitive skin, or are using tape for tucking or as a trans tape, we would always recommend to apply a patch test first.
Muscle Support Tape – Kinesiology Tape is designed to reduce the pressure on pain receptors in the skin; providing support and strapping to fatigued or injured muscle. The aim is to try and support the taped area, without being restrictive – meaning you can keep moving.
